Thanksgiving & Christmas!

We've had a great holiday season!  Hallie and Justin both started to love
boxes, as indicated below...

Thanksgiving turkey!

These are pics Hallie took at Grandma/Grandpa's house!

Justin is started to be on his feet more!
He still loves to push things!
He's starting to say more words like lights, cars, bye.

He loved seeing Christmas lights as we drove by them!

Snuggles with sissy!

Our church has had a gingerbread making party ever year...

This year, Hallie finally wanted to go and we had a
great mother/daughter time!

School had PJ day!  They also had a Polar Express
party but Hallie was sick so she wasn't able to go.

Justin loves to copycat Hallie...we call the first
position "baby yoga."

Grandkids with PawPaw and Karen!  We got to spend the
night with them 3 times over the holidays, which was great!

I think Nana and Papa had bought this Winnie the Pooh riding toy
for Hallie and now Justin loves it!

Mom and dad joined us for the Holcomb Thanksgiving!
We played some fun games and laughed as usual!

Mustaches courtesy of Aunt Becca!

Christmas Day at PawPaw and Karen's!
Miranda has gotten so big!

Who needs presents when you can sit in a box?

Hallie helped Justin open all his presents!

New bike!

At mom and dad's for Christmas Night!

Hallie loved the advent wreath!

We had the Crims/Cullens and Aunt Anne come on the 26th!

The girls loved the playground!

Hallie and Tori...the 2nd cousin twins!

Hallie had a melt down and unfortunately, isn't
in the cousin photo...

We spend Saturday night at PawPaw and Karen's
so Jason could hang out with cousin John.

Sunday, at Nana and Papa's for Christmas!

They got a dung express rider!

Mom, the kids and I headed to Jackson, TN from 12/30 to 1/2
to see Chris, Lesley, and the gang!

We opened presents Wednesday night...they were so excited!

We are so thrilled to meet Baby Ella (6 weeks old)!

She is so precious, sweet and loves to cuddle!

Breakfast at the hotel!

It was cold, we played on their playground Thursday
afternoon! The kids also played "monster" and "doggie" inside
where they pretended to be dogs!

The hotel had an inside pool, so we played there
for awhile.

Cousins together!

They loved this game, "Race to the Treasure!"
They also did Ring around the Rosey a few times!

Leah is intentionally putting her finger in her nose....

Riding Isaiah's dune buggy!

Friday afternoon, we went to a church to feed ducks
and play on the playground!  They had a blast!

Justin kept getting in and out of this car, saying "Bye"
to me and waving!

He climbed up the stairs and slid down the slide
by himself!

We miss them already!

October, Halloween, and Leaves!

For Halloween, Hallie wanted to be a witch (again) and
Justin was Linus (since he is a human Linus!)

This is the best pic I got!  Trunk or Treat was a bit of a bust because the Chick-fil-a
cow was there and Hallie had a melt down....

Picking out pumpkins at the St Luke's Pumpkin Patch!
They loved the wagon!

Mom and I took Hallie to a Fall Festival the Baptist church as one weekend, where she played some games and rode the little train!  Below are videos from that!

Daycare took the kids to the fire station.  Just in didn't like the little robot thing...

The kids love to dance!  This may be a theme for the winter since we're stuck in the house!

Jason says Justin does a booty dance!

Dean and Karen got this shirt....appropriate for the moment here!

It says "Don't Make Me Call Grandma!"

Justin's first time in the leaves! He loved them!

Justin has been talking a bit more. He can say mine, no, okay, hey (he puts a phone to his ear and says this!)  He's getting a bit a more brave walking but not on his own yet.  We're trying not to worry since the doctor said he's probably fine since he pulls up, etc.

Hallie is still enjoying preschool. She learned the Pledge of Allegiance and is getting really good at writing her name and knowing letters!

We hope to survive the winter! The kids love to be outside, so I hope that our playroom will come in really handy!

September fun! Hallie turns Five!

Jason took this picture, one of our favs!

He did this randomly one night! Superbaby!

Hallie wanted to snuggle with "her baby" one night!

We had Hallie's 5th birthday party at Lakewood Park!  Nana made her birthday cake!

These pictures are a bit blurry since Hallie went from one present to the next!
It was like a tornado!

He will actually wear a hat sometimes!

Hallie's new thing is waking Justin up during the school week. She will tell me to wait until she's in his crib and then I can come in!  He likes to climb in her lap!

We went to an Apple Farm in Morganton a few weekends ago!

They love wagon rides!

Justin eating an oreo!

Yes, they take baths together!

Some pictures from Nana and Papas!
