Party and 1st baseball gamee!

We had a birthday celebration for me and Lee on Sunday April 24th at Lee and Der's house.

The kids enjoyed a water fight and we had a beautiful afternoon!

 

Justin had his first baseball game on April 27th.

The team is already playing better than they did last year at least with outfielding.

Even though they lost, Justin played four out of five innings at first base and got at least 7 outs- 4 being thrown him and two being grounders  he scooped up and tagged the bag. 

We were thrilled that he caught the ball and had his foot on first base at the same time!

He got one hit tonight and the only RBI /run in.

Going to Crawdads games and watching baseball on TV has a really helped!

Easter and Skateland

Good Friday was spent with Arlo, Nolan, and Ellie going to parks and Pelicans snowballs.

Saturday morning we went to Fairview church to do an Easter egg hunt with Miranda. They had an illusionist that did some tricks to represent why we needed Christ.

 

I promised the kids I'd take them to Skateland after tax season. It was Justin's first time going on the big floor and he did great!

For Justin's  birthday,  we went to Jason's Deli since Bob Evans was too crowded and then came back to our house for the afternoon.

He was excited to have his birthday on Palm Sunday!

The crawdads first game was on April 12th!

The kids did this to the poor cat!

They got a kick out of him hanging out in the bag!
