Carowinds again!

Hallie and I went to Carowinds, meeting Matthew, John, Joyce, Gavin and his mom, plus Lee,Der and the girls.

Hallie and I were able to ride Kittyhawk,Goldrush, and I did the do-si-do ride for the firsg time (and didn't puke!)

We spent most of the time at the Waterpark since Matthew rented a cabana.

We did the wave pool, lazy river [which for me was the active river since I had to walk it since there were no available floats), and kids did some water slides.

It ended up storming around 5pm so we left watching some crazy lightning!

Miranda visit!

 She spent the night with us in early August!

Week at Karen's and Pawleys Island

 The kids (and Miranda) spent a week at Karen's for Fairview's VBS. Hallie helped her with Charlotte's group and Justin was in the same group as Miranda. No pics, but Tuesday, they went to Stone Mountain. Thursday, they went to the movies, the girls seeing "Moana" and Justin and Karen seeing "Minons and Monsters" 

The last week of July we went to Pawley's Island again with mom and dad.  The kids enjoying the hide tide crazy waves as usual. We went to Pawley's Raw Bar as well as our usual ice cream place.

                                                

We did putt putt in Garden City one morning, the boys playing 3 times for the all day play.  Hallie and I stayed in the ice cream place since it was pretty hot.

The boys played at True Blue, Justin's first 18 holes!
