We spent the night with Karen on April 11th, eating at Shiki with her and Miranda.
She got Justin a cake and balloon!
The next day was the Fairview Easter celebration with breakfast than the Easter Egg hung.
Charlotte found the golden egg and won a big chocolate bunny (which they all shared).
That afternoon, we had Justin's birthday party.
He invited his friend Korbyn from school and introduced him to everyone which impressed us!
On Good Friday (also my b-day), Miranda had her birthday party at the Block in Wilkesboro.
Hallie spent the night with her and some of her friends while Justin and I stayed at Linda/Gary's.
Saturday was Easter at Linda/Gary's with the annual "find 50 money eggs" hunt.
I didn't get many pics since it happens so quick.
We ended up finding all the eggs eventually!
Earlier this month, Hallie and her friend Leah got to lead a group of rising 6th graders around Grandview school.
On April 17th, Grandview played Newton Conover again.
We had lost 3-2 the last time in a very competitive game.
This time, we won 3-2! Newton-Conover had been undefeated.
And I think just about every girl played at some point, so it felt like a group victory.
Hallie had some good defensive kicks.
